Absences and Make-Up Lessons
Note that Skill Squad and Squad students are not eligible for make-up lessons as these lessons are “come as you please” whereby students have the option to attend on any day of the week for a fixed fee per term

Lesson attendance must be canceled prior to the time of non-attendance by email or by using the google form to nominate your absence.

Make-Up Lessons

Where possible, lessons which are canceled by the club (due to coach illness, events out of our control or bad weather), will be offered as a make-up lesson in the first instance. Where the club believes it may not be able to offer a make-up lesson due to lesson availability (e.g. classes are fully booked), the club will apply a credit to your account, which will be rolled over to the following term.

On top of that, each student is offered up to 2 make up lessons per term

All make-up lessons must be used by the end of the term or they are forfeited

Make-up lessons are not redeemable for cash or account credit unless the club has not made reasonable attempts to offer the parent a make-up lesson

Make-up lessons can’t be used after membership is canceled

All use of make-up lessons are subject to availability of the swim school to schedule additional lessons on a weekday or Saturday morning

Once a make-up lesson has been booked, there are no cancellations or re-booking
